What can I expect?

We will first get to know each other, your priorities and goals, and set up a plan to meet anywhere from weekly to monthly. This may include extended length sessions and EMDR intensives when appropriate.

We communicate with your other providers/physicians for care coordination as necessary.

What is Anima?

The word ‘Anima’ originates in Latin, and it means breath, spirit, vital force, and soul.

I am particularly interested in the subconscious mind. The part that can really drive our habits, fears, feelings, and behaviors. By accessing this in a new way, we can make changes to negative patterns that are incongruent to who we really are.
